Role Details Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Work from Office) Salary: 50,000 90,000 / Month Experience: 3+ Years in AI/ML, NLP, or Backend Development Education: B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Preferred) What You Will Do Design & Deploy: Build, fine-tune, and deploy AI agents and LLM-based systems for various use cases. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain RAG pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, and agent orchestration logic. Integration: Connect AI systems with client platforms, CRMs, telephony systems, and 3rd-party APIs. Optimization: Test, evaluate, and improve model performance, latency, and accuracy. Maintenance: Debug production issues, maintain technical documentation, and ensure smooth deployment processes. Innovation: Stay current with the latest LLM releases, agentic frameworks, and AI tooling. What We Are Looking For Core Skills: Strong Python expertise with a deep understanding of NLP and API integrations. AI/LLM Experience: Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate), and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex). Production Focus: Proven experience deploying production-grade AI systems, not just working in notebooks/prototypes. Cloud & Infra: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker). Mindset: Ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
