We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Engineer with a strong DevOps focus to join our technology team The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated solutions for continuous integration, deployment, and testing If you have a passion for streamlining development processes, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the reliability of software releases, we invite you to apply for this crucial position Responsibilities:Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD):Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes Utilize tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar for efficient pipeline automation Infrastructure as Code (IaC):Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or Ansible Automate the provisioning and configuration of infrastructure components Scripting and Automation:Develop and maintain automation scripts for various tasks, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance Use scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell Configuration Management:Implement and manage configuration management tools (eg, Puppet, Chef, Ansible) to ensure consistency across environments Automate software configuration and updates Containerization and Orchestration:Utilize containerization technologies such as Docker for packaging applications Implement container orchestration with Kubernetes for scalable and reliable deployments Monitoring and Logging:Implement automated monitoring and logging solutions to detect and address issues proactively Integrate monitoring tools (eg, Prometheus, ELK stack) into the CI/CD pipeline Collaboration with Development and Operations:Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated processes into the development lifecycle Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications Security and Compliance:Implement security best practices in automation processes Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
