Service monitoring and alert management (setup, tune, respond) Respond to on-call incidents Preliminary Troubleshoot cloud platform issues(services) and handover to next level Create and manage runbooks for operations willing to work in rotational shifts (24/7) Provide inputs in Build and Automation from operational reliability perspective (value add) Skills: Strong support experience with 2-3 years of AWS cloud operation. Alerting and monitoring: Experience with CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, New Relic or similar APM platforms, and integration to service now and PagerDuty AWS services RDS, EC2, S3, EKS and KMS etc Good to have AWS certification
