Must have SFDC Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process etc Security Model, Data Model Must Technically skilled in configuration and customization c Must have Hands on Customization APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class etc Must have Hands on Deployment experience e Must have PD1 PD2 Certification Drive the Engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Provide and guide the team in best practices, technical standards, and quality management including managing code reviews Perform technical research, prototyping, and other exploration activities to recommend technology tools and technologiesProvide technical remediation and resolution of technical issues Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, share information, and value diverse ideas with various cross functional and product teams, Technical Leads, Architects and third parties Provide technical expertise, mentor, and motivate team membersFoster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, innovation and deployment Prepare solution development estimates including technical planning and dependencies Work closely with the Engineers and Product teams to deliver the solution, identify and recommend ways to standardize configuration, and move towards a generic platform
