Primary Skill -Salesforce Marketing Cloud Config. & Customization and Sales Cloud Config. & Customization Secondary: Salesforce Administration The developer will be responsible for delivering the technology projects with focus on the DWS ADC projects and essential maintenance requests driven by the business. Qualifications / Skills 6+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator experience. 6+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administrator experience. Asset Management Domain Knowledge 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud business applications. Knowledge in Banking domain, especially Asset Management preferred. Technical Skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Create, edit, and fix cloud pages Create, edit, and fix AMP script Perform unsubscribes Create, edit, and fix automations Create, edit, and fix journeys Administration of users and roles Nice to have skills Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and its objects Working experience in Agile methodology. Knowledge of DWS/DB policies and procedures, specifically around application governance Soft Skills Ability to partner with Business Analyst to interpret functional specifications Ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment Ability to pick up new product and technical knowledge quickly Ability to quickly learn new and complex processes Self-starter, able to set own targets and timelines and manage delivery expectations with users. Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (written and verbal)
