IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for SAP C4C Technical to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As an SAP C4C Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing and customizing SAP C4C solutions to meet the customer's sales, service, and marketing requirements This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding their needs, and leveraging your technical expertise to design and implement effective solutions within the SAP C4C platform Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze sales, service, and marketing requirements Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP C4C customization SAP C4C Implementation:Design, develop, and implement SAP C4C solutions based on the identified requirements Customize SAP C4C to meet specific business processes and integration points Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring the accurate transfer of data to SAP C4C Validate and cleanse data as needed during migration Integration:Configure and implement integrations between SAP C4C and other SAP modules or external systems Collaborate with middleware or integration teams for seamless data flow UI Configuration:Customize the user interface of SAP C4C to align with the organization's branding and user experience guidelines Implement custom UI enhancements based on business requirements Reports and Analytics:Develop and customize reports and analytics within SAP C4C Ensure that stakeholders have access to relevant and actionable data Workflow Automation:Implement workflow automation within SAP C4C to streamline business processes Leverage SAP Cloud Applications Studio for advanced workflow customization User Training:Provide training to end-users on using SAP C4C effectively Create documentation and guides for SAP C4C usage Performance Optimization:Optimize the performance of SAP C4C by conducting regular performance tuning and troubleshooting Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively Continuous Improvement:Stay informed about SAP C4C updates, releases, and industry best practices Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP C4C solutions
