IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for SAP C4C Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey As an SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing SAP C4C solutions to meet the customer's requirements in areas such as sales, service, and marketing This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, providing technical expertise, and delivering effective SAP C4C solutions Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for sales, service, and marketing processes Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP C4C SAP C4C Customization:Design and implement customizations within SAP C4C to align with business processes Customize SAP C4C screens, workflows, and business rules Data Migration:Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring accurate and secure data transfer Validate and cleanse data during the migration process Integration:Configure and implement integrations between SAP C4C and other SAP modules or external systems Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow UI Enhancements:Customize the user interface of SAP C4C to enhance user experience Implement UI enhancements and improvements based on business requirements Reporting and Analytics:Develop and configure reports and analytics within SAP C4C Ensure that stakeholders have access to relevant and meaningful data Workflow Automation:Implement workflow automation to streamline business processes within SAP C4C Utilize SAP Cloud Applications Studio for advanced workflow customization User Training:Provide training to end-users on using SAP C4C functionalities Create documentation and user guides for SAP C4C usage Performance Optimization:Optimize the performance of SAP C4C through regular tuning and troubleshooting Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively Continuous Improvement:Stay updated on SAP C4C updates, releases, and best practices Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP C4C solutions
