Figma, Design Thinking Work location- Bangalore Details JD- Key Responsibilities Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders. Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve experiences. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Optimize designs based on usability principles, accessibility standards, and business goals. Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design. Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, Prototyping). Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, information architecture, and high-fidelity designs. Solid understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing. Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage. Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Miro, or Zeplin. Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS products, or mobile apps.
