Job Requirements About the Role As the Program Lead Gen AI , you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation of Generative AI initiatives across the banking ecosystem. This role involves managing a portfolio of AI projects, aligning them with business goals, and fostering innovation through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities Project Portfolio Management Lead and coordinate multiple Generative AI projects simultaneously.Define project scopes, objectives, success criteria, and delivery timelines.Ensure seamless execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams. AI Strategy Development Develop and refine the organizations Generative AI strategy.Identify opportunities for AI adoption across customer experience, risk, and operations.Evaluate potential AI solutions and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Stakeholder Engagement Engage with business leaders, data scientists, and technology teams to ensure alignment.Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.Foster collaboration across departments to drive innovation and adoption. Resource Management Allocate resources effectively to meet project milestones.Monitor project budgets, timelines, and utilization to ensure efficiency. What We Are Looking For Education Graduation: B.Sc or B.Tech or BCA or B.Com or BBAPost-graduation: MBA or PGDM Experience 10+ years of experience in program management, with exposure to AI/ML initiatives, preferably in BFSI or technology-led environments. Skills and Attributes Strong understanding of AI technologies, especially Generative AI and their business applications.Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
