Senior Software Engineer

Role/Job Title: Senior Full-stack Developer Function/ Department: Information Technology Job Purpose: As a Senior Full Stack Developer with React, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and user-friendly frontend interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business goals and client needs. Your expertise will be vital in guiding the technical direction of our projects and mentoring junior developers Key Responsibilities: Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive frontend interfaces using React. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment. Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. Collaboration: Work with backend developers, frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in both backend and frontend components. Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development. Technical Skills: 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Expert proficiency in Java/Golang and its frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot). Extensive experience with React.js for frontend development. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficient in RESTful API design and development. Extensive experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) Experience with GraphQL Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins ) Experience with Jaeger for monitoring and tracing. Proficiency in unit testing frameworks Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker). Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding principles. Experienced with Agile development methodologies. Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Education Qualification: Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA) Experience: 6-8 Years.
