Senior Qa Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and usability of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing and will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities: Create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure quality, functionality, and usability.Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Postman, TestNG, or JUnit.Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and resolve defects.Identify, document, and track bugs thoroughly using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).Perform regression testing to ensure resolved bugs do not reoccur.Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts, test case creation, and defect reporting.Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman, and JUnit.Experience in writing automated test scripts for both UI and API testing.Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
