About the role
Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Senior React.js / Next.js Developer who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be technically confident , capable of independently owning complex frontend development, and have strong experience in developing E-commerce platforms . You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver modern, responsive, and conversion-focused applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js . Build server-side rendered (SSR), static site generated (SSG), and hybrid applications using Next.js. Develop reusable, maintainable, and optimized UI components. Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect responsive interfaces. Optimize application performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and page loading speed. Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL APIs. Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless API integration. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards. Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolutions. Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions. Ensure application security and follow frontend best practices. Implement unit testing and support automated testing. Continuously improve development processes and coding standards. Preferred Skills: Headless Commerce Architecture Progressive Web Apps (PWA) Micro Frontends Docker CI/CD Pipelines AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment Firebase Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, or other Headless CMS Elastic Search or Algolia Web Accessibility (WCAG) SEO Best Practices Required Soft Skills Strong problem-solving abilities Confident technical decision-maker Excellent debugging and analytical skills Strong communication skills Ability to work independently Ownership mindset Team collaboration Attention to detail Time management Client interaction experience Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate should: Be a true hands-on developer , not just a coordinator. Have confidence in designing technical solutions and making architectural decisions. Independently own complete frontend modules. Possess strong knowledge of modern React.js and Next.js ecosystems. Demonstrate proven experience in high-traffic E-commerce applications . Be capable of mentoring junior developers while actively contributing to coding. Have a passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Nice to Have Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor). Experience integrating analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or Mixpanel. Knowledge of A/B testing, personalization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
