About the role
As a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI & LLMs, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying scalable Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions. Specifically, you will be responsible for building LLM-powered applications such as RAG pipelines, AI copilots, chatbots, summarization, and Q&A systems. Additionally, you will develop AI solutions for claims fraud detection, underwriting support, risk scoring, and intelligent document processing using OCR and NLP. Collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams is crucial to deliver impactful AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solutions. - Build LLM-powered applications including RAG pipelines, AI copilots, chatbots, summarization, and Q&A systems. - Develop AI solutions for claims fraud detection, underwriting support, risk scoring, and intelligent document processing using OCR and NLP. - Build and maintain data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and production-ready AI systems. - Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs and embedding models for domain-specific use cases. - Implement MLOps best practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, scalability, and CI/CD. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful AI solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong expertise in Python, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Predictive Modeling, Anomaly Detection, and Feature Engineering. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases (FAISS/Milvus), and Generative AI applications. - Experience with Spark, Airflow, FastAPI/Flask, Docker, CI/CD, and Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). - Familiarity with MLOps, Experiment Tracking, and Version Control Systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in Insurance Domain AI Use Cases, including Claims Processing, Fraud Detection, and Underwriting Analytics. - Exposure to OCR/NLP Pipelines, Graph-Based Anomaly Detection, and AI Orchestration Frameworks. - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Knowledge Graphs, and Enterprise AI Solution Development.
