As a NOC Engineer at our company located in Noida Sector 60, you will play a crucial role in our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Network Monitoring: Continuously monitoring the organization's network, servers, IIL/MPLS/P2P links, and infrastructure for potential performance issues or outages using network monitoring tools. - Incident Handling: Responding promptly to alerts, diagnosing network or system issues, and escalating critical incidents to senior staff or relevant teams when necessary. - Troubleshooting: Assisting in troubleshooting network and system issues, identifying root causes, and implementing temporary or permanent fixes to minimize downtime. - Log Analysis: Reviewing network, firewall, and system logs to identify potential issues or anomalies, working to prevent future incidents. - Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of incidents, outages, and resolutions in the incident management system. - Collaboration: Working closely with the NOC team and other technical teams to ensure efficient problem resolution. - Shift Work: Providing 24/7 support on a rotational basis, including night shifts and on-call availability during weekends and holidays as needed. - **Excellent in troubleshooting & configuration of routers, switches & firewall (L2 & above). Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of experience in network operations or a related field - Good understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) - Familiarity with firewalls like Checkpoint, Palo Alto, and Cisco ASA.
