About the role
As a Design Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and validating BLDC/PMSM motor control solutions for next-generation appliances and products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions backed by data. - Optimizing motor performance through BLDC motor tuning and noise reduction techniques. - Developing and enhancing embedded software for electronic controllers. - Utilizing simulation tools to support product design and validation activities. - Designing, developing, testing, and debugging embedded systems and motor control applications. - Creating and maintaining design documentation, including Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), Module Bench Test Plans, Integration Test Plans, and Process Documentation. - Managing project activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution. - Supporting product validation and troubleshooting during development and production stages. Required Technical Skills: - Embedded Systems & Programming - Strong proficiency in Embedded C programming. - Good understanding of microcontrollers and their peripherals. - Experience in embedded firmware development. - Motor Control - Sound knowledge of BLDC and PMSM motor control systems. - Understanding of motor driver design and functionality. - Experience in motor tuning and performance optimization. - Communication Protocols - Working knowledge of serial communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc. Hardware & Electronics: - Strong understanding of electronic hardware and device-level programming. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic circuits and control systems. Tools & Equipment: - Software Tools - Embedded development IDEs and debugging tools. - Simulation and design software. - Hardware Tools - Oscilloscope handling. - Multimeter and other electronic test instruments.
