Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting process problems by addressing operational issues and identifying process changes to enhance operating reliability, product quality, and resource efficiency. - Evaluating process changes and new equipment by determining requirements for measurement accuracy, working with quality control notifications, and defining activities to eliminate recurrence. - Developing and implementing control mechanisms to improve plant operations' reliability and efficiency, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and resolving bottlenecks. - Driving continuous improvement, contributing to product and process optimization, and supporting initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and cost savings. - Collaborating with Quality to ensure GMP compliance, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a relevant discipline. - Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in plant production processes and process engineering with SAP ERP system. - Experience in Management of Change Process, Process Hazard Analysis, and internal non-conformance reviews. - Strong technical competence, data-driven decision-making skills, and knowledge of process safety management. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in international, cross-functional teams. - Willingness to travel as required.
