Manager - BI Reporting

Role Overview: As a Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager at IFFCO Group, your main responsibility will be to manage overall BI & Reporting activities globally. You will collaborate with stakeholders worldwide, oversee technical delivery, manage support activities, and supervise external partners for project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver BI dashboards across multiple business units - Develop user dashboards, reports, and visualizations - Analyze and interpret data using analytical and statistical techniques - Collaborate effectively with business teams to identify, design, build, implement, and support BI & Reporting artifacts - Create and manage business cases and project plans for development and rollout - Understand business functionalities, define KPIs, data improvements, and process improvement opportunities - Manage relationships with partners and collaborate for development and support - Monitor system performance and identify improvements for reporting and analytics purposes - Build BI & Reporting capability across the Business, guiding them on tool utilization Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree preferred in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of study - 10+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence & Reporting tools and systems - Expertise in designing and implementing dashboards - Strong experience in Data Visualization using UX techniques - End-to-end lifecycle experience in managing large-scale BI projects and report automation - Experience in preparing detailed requirements and technical specification documents for analytics solutions - Understanding of ETL, Data Modelling, data integration, and Data Warehouse technologies - Strong project management experience - Certification in Data warehouse or visualization tools is desirable - UX design certification is desirable Additional Company Details: Business Unit: Pristine Ingredients Pvt.
