Enterprise Software Engineering Manager - AI-driven test automation

Mandatory Skills 17+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering. Strong Enterprise Software Development background. Hands-on experience in AI-driven software engineering and test automation . Experience implementing AI/Automation solutions using Playwright and/or Cypress . Proven experience delivering AI and Automation projects in an enterprise environment. Engineering Manager experience with a minimum of 5 years in people management. Must have managed 1012 or more direct FTEs (mandatory). Experience managing cross-functional software engineering teams . Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) , Agile methodologies, and Software Quality Engineering.
