Data Engineer

POSITION: Data Engineer Full-time job, 40 hours per week Pay/Salary: $85,010.00 year. NUMBER OF OPENINGS: 2 LOCATION: Iflex Inc 66 S. Miller Rd, Suite LL4 Fairlawn, OH 44333 JOB DUTIES: Designing and automating database-centric processes, procedures, and workflows for improved efficiency and scalability. Developing ETL workflows using Python, Shell Scripting, optimizing data processing and file ingestion. Building and optimizing Apache Spark-based ETL pipelines (PySpark, Scala, Java) for large-scale data processing. Implementing Apache Airflow for ETL orchestration, ensuring seamless workflow automation and monitoring. Developing cloud-based ETL solutions using AWS Glue and GCP Dataflow for efficient data transformation. Managing and optimizing Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and HDFSbased data warehouses for high-speed analytics. Utilizing Google cloud platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, IAM, Cloud Monitoring) for scalable cloud solutions. Work under supervision. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required. EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/ IS/Engineering (any) or closely related field with Twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant or Analyst or Programmer or Developer or Engineer or closely related field. EXPERIENCE :Experience of Twelve (12) months working with AWS, Spark and ETL/Informatica is required. Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.
