iFlow is hiringDigital Wealth Test Manager Skills: Test Management Experience Required: 6-8 Mumbai and Chennai Role Descriptions: Test Manager (Cards) (Treasury) (Digital Wealth) JD Digital Wealth Test Manager Experience: 8 12 years overall; minimum 5+ years as Test Lead / Test Manager Key Responsibilities Define and own end-to-end Test Strategy from scratch for Digital Wealth platforms (Trading, Portfolio, Advisory, Payments integration) Perform test estimation by analyzing BRD/FRD, scope boundaries, and dependencies across systems Create and manage daily test run plans, execution tracking, and reporting for SIT/UAT phases Drive test design governance, ensuring high-quality test scenarios, coverage, and traceability to requirements Lead defect management, triage calls, and closure governance with business, dev, and vendor teams Manage multi-stream testing (functional, integration, data validation, API testing) across wealth applications Ensure test data strategy and environment readiness, including coordination with upstream/downstream systems Provide SteerCo/PMO updates, risks, mitigation plans, and testing progress metrics Mentor and manage test teams (manual + automation), ensuring adherence to QA processes and standards Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (especially wealth/investment domain) Required Skills Strong experience in Digital Wealth / Investment Expertise in Test Strategy, Test Planning, Estimations, and Governance Hands-on understanding of test design techniques (BDD, risk-based testing, boundary analysis) Experience in Agile / Waterfall delivery models Working knowledge of JIRA / Azure DevOps (ADO) for test tracking and reporting Strong stakeholder management (Business, Compliance, Technology teams) Essential Skills: Test Manager (Cards) (Treasury) (Digital Wealth) Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
