The work will directly support Client s Human Resources Strategy in delivering actionable insights to HR and People Leaders Required Qualifications: 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in data reporting and/or management. Workday reporting and PRISM experience required. Expertise with data architecture and business processes in a global organization. Advanced knowledge of Workday calculated fields and business objects. Strong background in dashboards, data analytics, reporting and change management. Building relationships and big-picture thinking, strong problem solving, and strategic communication skills with both business and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: A degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Analytics, or related business area. Working knowledge of other Workday Analytics tools such as Discovery Boards is strongly preferred. Intermediate knowledge of Workday Security implications to Workday reporting. Experience with Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence) or similar software. Experience with SmartSheet or similar project management software.
