Job Description The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst will conduct thorough data analysis, help design and implement analytics programs, generate reports, and collaborate with our Business Process Owners and the BI team to ensure we are optimizing our resources and maximizing our market share. Essential duties and accountabilitiesCollaborate to perform data and process analyses requiredDefine and document requirements and provide simplified explanationsSynthesize data and feedback from users, clients, and managementUnderstanding and experience of DW-area and modelling of data for a BI solutionContribute to short and long-term goal settingDevelop action plans and aide in accountabilityCollaborate regularly with various teams, including Finance analyticsDevelop and utilize dashboards effectivelyDevelop, analyze, and modify processes, data structures, and modelsInteract with customers to evaluate products and performanceMake data-driven decisions and recommendationsArticulately and concisely explain the implications of complex dataLead the team through all scrum events (sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups)Coach the team in agile techniques, fine-tuning approaches as neededCreate and maintain all scrum related documents and training materialsAnalyze current systems and processes and design a strategy for the adoption of agile best practicesManage scope and timeline of tasks with the continuous collaboration with product owner and customers Overall required competenceExcellent written and communication skillsA keen eye for details and aptitude for working with dataHighly accurate and thorough in all tasksHighly organized and able to prioritize tasksStrong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindAble to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Qualifications Essential:Minimum of 3 years experience working in analytics or a relevant fieldMinimum of 1 year experience of agile scrum practicesSignificant work experience with SQL, and HTMLSignificant experience data warehousing, ETL processes, data formatting, data integrated toolsSolid computer skills, including Microsoft Office, databases, web-based applicationsProven experience as a collaborative team playerBachelors degree in a relevant field required, or equivalent training or work experience Desirable: Additional certifications (demonstrating an interest in continued education/personal growth) Additional Information Interviews and selections are being made continuously.
