What will you do Conducts research studies investigating user behaviors, needs and preferences for insight on user perspectives to support informed product decisionsWorks collaboratively with product development and user design teams to identify business and research goals.Researches consumer behaviors through multi-dimensional analysis of geographies, customer types, product types, traffic sources (e.g. mobile, tablet, desktop) and channelsMay utilize both qualitative and quantitative methods and analysisMonitors and analyzes user adoption and measures the success of applications, new innovations and user experience designsSummarizes and communicates results to product stakeholders to influence design decisionsPlans research, defines methodologies, analyzes findings and provides recommendations to relevant teamsResponsibilities may include activities such as piloting new features, focus groups, usability testing and field studies.
