VB .NET / .NET Support Developer Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote Location: Bangalore (Laptop Collection Required) Experience: 5+ Years Open Positions: 8 About the Project Our client is a leading Tier-1 Pharmacy and Health & Wellness organization. The project involves providing 24x7 production support for mission-critical eCommerce applications supporting operations across the US and other global regions. Required Skills VB .NET C# ASP.NET SQL Server REST / WCF Services Azure Cloud L3 Production Support Preferred Skills Python Pharmacy, Healthcare, Wellness, Retail, or eCommerce Domain Experience Key Responsibilities Provide L3 production support for enterprise applications. Investigate and resolve application incidents and production issues. Troubleshoot .NET applications, APIs, integrations, and database-related issues. Support REST/WCF services and cloud-hosted applications. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams. Participate in rotational shifts and weekend support as per project requirements. Ensure adherence to SLAs and operational processes. Project Details Project Duration: July 2026 January 2027 (Extendable) Shift Model: 24x7 Rotational Support Weekend Support: Required Primary Incident Window: US Business Hours Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Notice Period Immediate Joiners or candidates serving short notice periods are preferred.
