As a Cloud Security Support professional, you will be responsible for guiding application and infrastructure teams on AWS security best practices and enterprise security requirements. Your role will involve assisting teams in understanding security findings and identifying appropriate remediation actions to reduce security risks. Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in resolving non-compliant cloud configurations. Your stakeholder engagement responsibilities will include partnering with cloud account owners, developers, and engineers to address cloud security issues. You will effectively communicate security requirements and recommendations in a clear and practical manner while building positive working relationships with both business and technical teams. In terms of security monitoring and compliance, you will review cloud security findings and collaborate with teams to drive remediation efforts. Additionally, you will help monitor adherence to cloud security standards and policies, as well as track and report remediation progress for assigned engagements. Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience working with AWS cloud services. - Valuable understanding of AWS security fundamentals, including IAM, Security Groups, VPC Security, S3 Security, CloudTrail, AWS Config, and KMS. - Experience troubleshooting and remediating cloud security issues. - Understanding of cloud security concepts such as identity management, data protection, logging and monitoring, and least-privilege access. Preferred Qualifications: - AWS Solutions Architect Associate or AWS Security Specialty certification. - Experience with cloud security tools such as Wiz or similar CSPM solutions. - Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
