iii Consulting Private Limited is looking for Backend Lead to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of backend developers Drive the technical vision, strategy, and best practices for backend development Backend Development:Lead the design and development of server-side logic for high-performance and scalable applications Collaborate with team members to implement APIs and integrate with front-end components Database Management:Oversee the design and optimization of database schemas for efficient data storage and retrieval Collaborate with the database team to ensure database performance, security, and reliability Code Review:Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and knowledge sharing within the team Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback for skill development Architecture Design:Contribute to the design and architecture decisions for backend systems Ensure alignment with overall system architecture and scalability requirements API Development:Lead the development and maintenance of RESTful APIs, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards Implement secure and well-documented APIs for internal and external consumption Security and Compliance:Implement and enforce security best practices to protect against web application vulnerabilities Ensure compliance with security policies and standards Collaboration:Collaborate closely with front-end developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software Act as a bridge between the development team and other departments, fostering effective communication Project Management:Work with project managers to estimate timelines, allocate resources, and plan sprints Contribute to project planning and risk management
