Hiring: QA Engineer (Zephyr/Jira) Location: Pune (Hybrid) Work Mode: Hybrid 2 days/week from the office iitjobs is looking for a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in software testing, virtualization platforms, and cloud infrastructure. Required Experience:- 5 to 7 years iitjobs is hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise software products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automation testing, API testing, virtualization, and Linux environments, with a passion for delivering high-quality software. Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.Perform UI and API automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar automation tools.Validate software functionality, performance, and stability across different environments.Install, configure, and validate software products during testing cycles.Work closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and automation frameworks.Participate in defect tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.Support release validation and ensure product quality before deployment. Required Skills:- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.Hands-on experience with:Selenium AutomationPlaywrightAPI Testing (REST APIs)UI Automation TestingExperience with automation frameworks and scripting.Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.Experience with VMware or virtualization platforms.Knowledge of product installation, configuration, and validation.Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Zephyr or similar) is an advantage.
