SAP ABAP Developer (Contract Remote)

You will design, develop, and maintain SAP ABAP applications on a contract basis, working 5:30 PM 1:00 AM IST to overlap with EST stakeholders. Responsibilities Develop and enhance SAP S/4HANA solutions, including migrations and custom implementations. Build RESTful applications using the RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model) and expose OData services. Design and integrate solutions on SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). Optimize data models and improve performance using SAP HANA, CDS Views, and AMDP. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure code quality across RICEF objects. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP development. Strong proficiency in RAP (RESTful Application Programming Model). Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) integration. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA implementation and migration processes. Proficiency in SAP HANA, including CDS Views, AMDP, and performance tuning. Experience building and consuming OData services and API integrations. Familiarity with Fiori/UI5 development. Ability to work independently in a remote, contract environment. Preferred Skills Experience collaborating with functional consultants and global distributed teams.
