Workday Hcm Functional Consultant- Remote- Contract role (Pune)

Job Description - End-to-end Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives across multiple business units. - Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into Workday solutions. - Conduct requirement-gathering , solution design , and functional reviews with business leaders. - Configure and maintain Workday business processes, organizations, security, reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and tenant setup. - Provide functional expertise across Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Perks, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll. - Collaborate with integration teams to support EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and third-party system integrations.
