Architectural Draughtsman - Interior Designer/ Architect

Role Overview: Ikraft Interior Projects India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a technically strong Architectural Draughtsman- Interior Designer/Architect in Hyderabad with 24 years of experience to support projects from concept development through execution. The company is a leading interior contracting and turnkey fit-out company delivering projects across various sectors such as Corporate, Residential, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, and Institutional. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed Working Drawings, GFC Drawings, Shop Drawings, and As-Built Drawings. - Develop Furniture Layouts, Space Planning Drawings, Modular Furniture Drawings, Joinery Details, Elevations, Sections, and Construction Details. - Prepare and coordinate RCP, Flooring Layouts, Electrical Layouts, Lighting Layouts, MEP, and HVAC Drawings. - Create and modify 3D models in SketchUp for design and execution coordination. - Conduct site measurements, site surveys, and verify dimensions before drawing release. - Coordinate with designers, project managers, site teams, vendors, consultants, and contractors. - Update drawings based on site conditions, client feedback, and project requirements. - Assist with BOQs, quantity take-offs, material schedules, mood boards, and design presentations. - Maintain organized drawing documentation and revision control throughout the project lifecycle. Qualification Required: - Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory). - Good working knowledge of SketchUp (Mandatory). - Knowledge of Revit, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Layout will be an added advantage. - Strong understanding of interior fit-out construction, modular furniture, joinery detailing, materials, hardware systems, and interior finishes. - Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, HVAC, and service drawings. - Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
