About the role
Job Title : Tech Manager/Tech Lead/Sr Developer RPG + Annuity Insurance Domain Experience : 8+ Years Employment Type : Full-Time Company Name : illumifin India Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using RPG IV, RPGLE, Free Format RPG, CLLE, and SQLRPGLE. - Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. - Support and enhance annuity administration systems and related insurance applications. - Work on policy administration, premium processing, billing, commissions, claims, and customer servicing modules. - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and documentation. - Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders. - Participate in system upgrades, modernization initiatives, and integration projects. Required Technical Skills : - RPG IV / RPGLE / Free Format RPG - CLLE - DB2/400 - SQL and Embedded SQL - IBM i (AS/400) - Query/400 Domain Experience : - Strong experience in Annuity Insurance domain. - Strong Understanding of policy lifecycle and annuity administration processes. - Knowledge of retirement products, policy servicing, billing, and commissions is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Education : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
