Salesforce Pardot QA Experience : 4+ years Location : Pune Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Pardot QA with 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, particularly focused on Salesforce Pardot implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Pardot marketing automation and be adept at developing and executing test strategies to ensure the quality of marketing campaigns, integrations, and related workflows. Key Responsibilities: Test Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for Salesforce Pardot implementations, marketing automation campaigns, and lead management processes. Execute functional , regression , integration , and end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce Pardot configurations and customizations. Automation & Manual Testing : Perform both manual and automated testing for Salesforce Pardot campaigns, ensuring accurate lead nurturing, segmentation, scoring, and email marketing workflows. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive tests, optimizing the overall testing process. Pardot Platform Expertise : Validate the functionality of Pardot automation rules , segmentation , email templates , and engagement studio programs to ensure they align with marketing strategies and objectives. Conduct end-to-end testing of the integration between Salesforce CRM and Pardot, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Defect Management : Identify, log, and track defects, working closely with development and marketing teams to ensure timely resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve discrepancies, and verify that fixes meet business needs. Reporting & Documentation : Prepare detailed test execution reports, including test coverage, defect tracking, and resolution status. Document test results, user scenarios, and workflows to ensure consistent and repeatable QA processes. Collaboration & Communication : Collaborate with marketing teams , Salesforce administrators , and developers to ensure that test cases reflect real-world scenarios and marketing objectives. Provide clear and concise feedback to stakeholders on QA results, issues, and risks. Qualifications & Skills: Salesforce Pardot : 4+ years of experience in QA, specifically testing Salesforce Pardot and its integration with Salesforce CRM . Testing Skills : Proven expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium , TestNG , etc.). Marketing Automation : Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including lead nurturing, segmentation, email marketing, and campaign tracking within Pardot . Defect Tracking : Proficient in using Jira , Bugzilla , or similar tools for defect logging and tracking. Data Management : Experience with testing data migration , Pardot forms , landing pages , and email templates . Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex QA results to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications like Pardot Specialist or Pardot Consultant are a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies and QA practices.
