About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to solve engineering and research challenges. 2. Develop reusable research assets, including frameworks, workflows, benchmarks, internal tools, and best-practice guidelines. 3. Create clear and structured technical documentation for engineering teams, product stakeholders, and leadership. 4. Write educational video scripts covering R&D outcomes, technical concepts, and technology-focused topics. 5. Edit and produce professional technical videos using industry-standard tools. 6. Design diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, and other visual assets to support technical communication. 7. Ensure all technical content is accurate, clear, consistent, and professionally presented. 8. Maintain high standards of technical documentation, research quality, and process compliance. 9. Progress from guided execution to independent ownership while contributing to strategic research and capability development.
