We're looking for an experienced ITSM Architect / Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions. What You'll Do Architect and implement scalable ITSM solutions across incident, problem, change, asset, endpoint, and configuration management. Lead package-based (COTS) implementations, customizations, integrations, and AI-enabled automations. Provide technical leadership and mentor a small development team. Design secure, scalable integrations using APIs and modern integration patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise IT solutions. Drive best practices in architecture, governance, security, and Agile delivery. What We're Looking For 8–12 years of experience in ITSM solution delivery. Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration. Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and service management processes. Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments. Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks. Preferred Skills ITIL 4 Certification. Experience with ITSM, ITAM, Unified Endpoint Management, or Patch Management. Experience with Jira Service Management or HubSpot Ticketing. Experience with cloud platforms and API integrations.
