About the role
Role & responsibilities Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including Servers, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, File Servers, Group Policies, desktops, and network devices. Ensure smooth functioning, security, and availability of all IT systems and services. Provide technical support to users and manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and system permissions. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive measures. Manage backup, restoration, and disaster recovery activities for GMP/GxP and business-critical systems. Ensure compliance of computerized systems with GMP/GxP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and maintain IT SOPs, qualification/validation documents, and related records. Handle Change Controls, CAPA, Deviations, Incidents, and Risk Assessments related to IT systems. Coordinate with vendors for IT support, AMC management, system upgrades, and project execution. Drive implementation of new technologies, digitalization, and automation initiatives. Manage IT assets, licenses, and inventory. Represent the IT function during internal, customer, and regulatory audits. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.. 810 years of experience in IT Infrastructure and GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networking, Cybersecurity, Backup Solutions, and IT Compliance. Experience in handling USFDA and other regulatory audits.
