About the role
NetSuite Administration & Optimization Administer, configure, and maintain the NetSuite ERP platform, including roles,permissions, workflows, forms, and custom fields Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity across all NetSuite modules Manage system updates, testing, documentation, and ongoing platformmprovements Reporting & Data Insights Design and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports to support finance, operations, and leadership teams Improve data visibility and reporting capabilities to support operational and strategic decision-making Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across integrated systems Business Systems Analysis Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, supply chain, and product teams to gather and document business requirements Analyze business processes and recommend system enhancements,automation, and workflow improvements Translate operational needs into scalable NetSuite solutions Integrations & Systems Management Manage and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms including is an asset: Workato (integration automation / iPaaS) Orderful (EDI platform for retail partners) Propel (PLM system) Akeneo (PIM system) Charted (OCR) AP automation Monitor system integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable data synchronization between platforms Retail & Consumer Goods Operations Support Support ERP processes related to big box retailers, EDI transactions, and marketplace operations Assist with order management, inventory management, fulfillment workflows, and supply chain operations Ensure system alignment with retail partner requirements and operational workflows Continuous Improvement & Governance Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automate manual processes, and enhance operational workflows Maintain system documentation, training materials, and best practices Support internal teams with training, troubleshooting, and system adoption
