Senior Solution Consulting Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Solutions Consulting Manager at Impact Analytics, you will play a crucial role in leading solution design, process orchestration, and change management for Demand & Replenishment Planning Solutions for Retail & CPG clients. You will act as a liaison between project teams and executive leadership, ensuring seamless platform adoption by facilitating diagnostics and workshops to create robust solution design blueprints. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Process Diagnostics: Facilitate business diagnostics, process analysis, and design workshops for defining as-is/to-be states for retail and CPG clients. - Author Functional Specifications: Draft comprehensive solution design documents, user stories, and technical requirements aligning customer needs with IA's product capabilities. - Design Multi-Node Architectures: Architect scalable planning networks for complex retail scenarios like seasonal demand surges, multi-tier distribution networks, and supplier collaboration. - Configure Advanced Engines: Tune planning engines, oversee logic for forecast disaggregation, outlier corrections, volume/value segmentation, and product phase-in/phase-out workflows. - Validate Data Pipelines: Model supply chain integration layouts, ensure robust data mapping, validation, and harmonization between systems. - Drive Proof-of-Value Sessions: Lead solution demonstrations and simulations to showcase margin gains and dollar savings through AI models. - Manage Testing & Hypercare: Oversee testing loops, script validations, and defect triage cycles post-go-live. - Evangelize Change Management: Coach customer planners through process re-engineering and deliver user training bootcamps. - Mentor Team: Lead and build functional capability within junior consulting pods on product configuration best practices and AI/ML forecasting. Qualifications Required: - 1015 years of hands-on solution design or functional consulting experience in enterprise supply chain planning. - Full-time MBA from a Tier-1 institution with a technical or engineering background preferred. - Deep functional familiarity with planning suites like Blue Yonder/JDA, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Anaplan, or E2open. - Mastery in Retail/CPG supply chains encompassing statistical forecasting, ABC analysis, and network optimization. - Comfort with databases, SQL, advanced Excel, and visualization tools. Basic scripting knowledge in Python or R is valued. - Certifications such as APICS CSCP/CPIM, PMP, CSPO, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt are a plus.
