About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lead JavaScript Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in JavaScript/Node.js, AWS cloud services, and Python, with hands-on experience in designing scalable, cloud-native applications and microservices. You will lead development initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build high-performance solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using JavaScript (Node.js). Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices. Develop, deploy, and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS. Work with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch. Write Python scripts for backend services, automation, and integrations. Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development processes. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript/Node.js development. Robust experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, CloudWatch). Expertise in REST API and Microservices architecture. Working knowledge of Python for backend development and automation. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in designing and developing cloud-native applications. Knowledge of serverless architecture and AWS best practices. Familiarity with application monitoring, logging, and performance optimization. Ability to mentor developers and drive technical excellence. .
