Draftsman (Process Equipment Design)

Required Draftsman mainly in the field of Static Equipment with 1 to 5 years of experience. Draftsmen should be able to work individually for Drafting & Checking of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers & API Tanks General Arrangement & Fabrication drawings, petroleum storage tanks. The following are required Job Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of General Arrangement, 3D General Arrangement 2. Preparation of Fabrication drawings including the following Nozzle detail, Vessel support detail, Platform and its support detail, Piping Isometric and fabrication Detail, Insulation support detail, Transportation support & lifting arrangement, Preparation of shell development drawings, Material Requisitions and Cutting Layouts, Preparation of Weld map drawings. 3. Ability to make/ review P&IDs & Prepare BOM, GA drawings for mechanical systems/ packaged systems 4. Preparations of base frames/ structure drawings 5. Preparing piping isometrics 6. Preparing detailed manufacturing & Assembly using 2D & 3D CAD tool. 7. Modifying drawings as per changes required. 8. Maintaining revision record for project documents. 9. Working independently on small projects. Education : Diploma Mechanical / ITI Draftsman No Of vacancy : 1 nos Experience 0 - 2 Years Salary 2 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
