IT Support Engineer

Hiring: IT Support Engineer Location: GURGAON Company: IMPH CARGO PVT. LTD. NIGHT SHIFT - US SHIFT TIMINGS : 6PM TO 3 AM We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- *Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. *Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software. *Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. *Manage user accounts, email configuration, and system access. *Provide basic support for BPO server infrastructure and assist in server monitoring and troubleshooting. *Respond to IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Maintain IT assets and documentation. Requirements:- *Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. *2-4 years of experience in IT support. *Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, basic networking, and BPO server environments. *Understanding of Active Directory, LAN/WAN, and server support will be an advantage. *Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
