Roles and Responsibilities : Manage a team of Java developers to design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale applications using Spring Boot. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and prioritize tasks for optimal delivery. Develop technical roadmaps and strategies to improve the efficiency and scalability of existing systems. Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions. Job Requirements : 10-20 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java programming language. Strong managerial skills with ability to lead high-performing teams. Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines. Proficiency in developing microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
