Experience: 8+ years of production experience, with a mandatory 5+ years in Golang and PostgreSQL. Technical Expertise (Must-Have): - Backend: Advanced Microservices architecture, gRPC, HTTP REST, and Kafka for inter-service communication. - Frontend Expert: Mastery of React (Web) and React Native (Mobile - iOS/Android) using Redux for complex state management. - Database: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (AWS RDS), including schema design, migrations, and performance tuning.
