Senior Platform Engineer Vice President (Individual Contributor) Location: Pune (Work from Office) Experience: 12+ Years We are hiring an experienced Senior Platform Engineer Vice President (Individual Contributor) to lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-scale cloud and data platforms. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on building highly scalable, secure, and reliable platform capabilities. Key Skills & Experience - Solid programming expertise in Python (Java is an added advantage) - Hands-on experience with AWS services including S3, Glue, Lambda, ECS, IAM, Kinesis, API Gateway, Step Functions, CloudFormation, and MSK (Kafka) - Experience designing and building Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Pipelines, Data Lakes, and Streaming Architectures - Strong understanding of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code - Exposure to Kubernetes and Hadoop is preferred - Experience working with Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, or other large-scale data-intensive platforms is preferred Role Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain enterprise-scale cloud and data platform solutions. - Develop scalable and secure data pipelines, streaming platforms, and cloud-native infrastructure. - Drive platform automation, deployment, and operational excellence using DevOps best practices. - Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance platform capabilities. - Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with development.
