Senior Window System Administrator

• Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Windows Servers

• Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of Vmware environments

• Troubleshooting day to day issues, coordinating with end users, provide top tier technical support

• Managing product lifecycles to maintain vendor support, maintenance contracts and software license compliance. Complete updates/upgrades as required.

• Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS

• Responsible for participating in other special projects as required

• 8+ years of experience

• Knowledge of the following: MS Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, VMware, SolarWinds

• Needs to be able to provide logical, in-depth analysis of problem, with recommendations for improvement when warranted

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Provide quality customer service
