Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the MS Windows Servers

Managing the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of Vmware environments

Troubleshooting day to day issues, coordinating with end users, provide top tier technical support

Managing product lifecycles to maintain vendor support, maintenance contracts and software license compliance. Complete updates/upgrades as required.

Manage Active Directory, DHCP, DNS
-
Responsible for participating in other special projects as required

8+ years of experience
-
Knowledge of the following: MS Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, VMware, SolarWinds
-
Needs to be able to provide logical, in-depth analysis of problem, with recommendations for improvement when warranted

Good oral and written communication skills

Provide quality customer service
