Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring and analysing spares demand/forecast, supply plan, and inventory levels to prevent over/under planning. Your role will involve analysing short/long term requirements vs supply plan, recommending systemic enhancements to optimize inventory, and enabling inventory rebalancing/redistribution by identifying different opportunities. You will review and validate internal orders at transaction level, enabling strategies for optimal utilization of inventory within the network. Additionally, you will work with global stakeholders to identify and implement strategies to manage spares inventory optimally and provide scalable solutions for systemic/process issues. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyse spares demand/forecast, supply plan, and inventory levels - Analyse short/long term requirements vs supply plan and recommend systemic enhancements - Enable inventory rebalancing/redistribution by identifying opportunities - Review and validate internal orders at transaction level - Work with global stakeholders to identify and implement strategies to manage spares inventory optimally - Maintain spares data integrity of various databases and dashboards - Analyse planning data per business requirement, identify solutions, carry out UAT, and implement changes to production settings - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on end-to-end project implementation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-9 years of experience in a similar role - Engineering degree in Industrial Production/Mechanical (APICS CSCP/CPIM preferred) - Exposure to planning function and inventory management - Strong understanding of spares planning, supply planning, and inventory management principles - Proficiency in relevant software such as SPM, SAP ERP, Kinaxis, or other inventory management systems - Good understanding of system and data integration, jobs, and workflows - Hands-on technical skills like Advanced Excel, SQL Programming, Power BI, Power Apps - Ability to analyse data and derive meaningful outcomes - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - High energy, strong work ethic, adaptive, and ability to meet tight deadlines - Proven ability to analyse, document, and improve business processes with sustained results - High level of customer interfacing skills, effective listener, professional, and courteous - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally - Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as part of a team Additional Details: Experience in the Semiconductor industry or similar tech industries is preferred.
