About the role
As a highly creative and conversion-focused Web Designer, you will be responsible for transforming ideas into exceptional digital experiences. Essential Skills: - Strong portfolio showcasing modern website and landing page designs. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. - Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles. - Strong typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills. - Experience designing websites for B2B, SaaS, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or E-commerce brands. - Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design. - Ability to present and justify design decisions. Bonus Points: - Experience designing in WordPress. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints. - Familiarity with UK, Australian, or US accountancy or paraplanning markets. - Experience with motion design and micro-interactions. - Understanding of SEO and conversion using AI-powered design tools.
