As a Frontend Engineer at the company, you will be responsible for shaping the SFRA customer experience across multiple markets by combining deep Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge with modern web engineering skills to deliver performant, accessible, and resilient storefront journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Own complex UX backlog items through discovery, build, and optimization, balancing commercial outcomes with sustainable engineering. - Develop and refine shared UI frameworks, coding standards, and component libraries to enable the wider team to build consistently. - Lead client-side architecture within the multi-cartridge ecosystem, ensuring robust Webpack builds, asset pipelines, and PWA features. - Drive experimentation across Page Designer, A/B tests, and personalized journeys, championing data-led decisions with product partners. - Review code, pair with engineers, and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance capability across JavaScript, SCSS, and ISML. - Embed DevOps and quality practices in day-to-day delivery, ensuring automation of linting, unit testing, and accessibility checks within CI/CD. - Contribute to product planning, OKR definition, and roadmap prioritization with an agile, customer-first mindset. - Support the on-call rota, communicate transparently with stakeholders, and help unblock ambiguous requirements. - Coach, mentor, and onboard engineers, energizing Communities of Practice and recruiting top-tier frontend talent. - Promote innovation and pragmatic delivery, aligning the team with Mindera values; SFCC certification is a bonus rather than a requirement. Tech Stack & Practices: - Salesforce Commerce Cloud with SFRA controllers, ISML templates, and Page Designer components. - JavaScript, SCSS, JQuery, and React-enhanced experiences bundled via Webpack, with supporting linting and testing frameworks. - Progressive Web App capabilities, micro-frontend patterns, and performance optimization for multi-market storefronts. - Node.js toolchain, npm automation, style guides, and CI/CD workflows spanning Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure. - Integration with microservices, analytics platforms, and experimentation tooling to deliver measurable customer impact. In addition to the challenging and rewarding responsibilities, you can expect a fun, happy, and politics-free work culture at the company. The work environment is built on the principles of lean and self-organization. You will have the opportunity to work with large-scale systems powering global businesses and receive a competitive salary and benefits. About Mindera: At Mindera, technology is used to build products the team is proud of, with people they love.
