We are currently seeking Salesforce CRM Administrator in India. Job Overview: As a Salesforce CRM Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce system. This position is key to ensuring our company capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM platform. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the CRM system, managing user access, performing system upgrades, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Your expertise will help streamline our sales operations and enhance the efficiency of our sales team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, customize the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, and provide ongoing support and training to users. Your ability to analyze data and generate reports will be instrumental in driving strategic decisions within the company. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. By leveraging your Salesforce expertise, you will help improve user adoption, maintain high data quality, and ensure seamless integration with other business applications. Your contributions will be critical in supporting the companys growth and operational efficiency Rate in USD: $9.0 - $10.0 (Per Hour) Work Schedule: US Day Shift Responsibilities: - Salesforce System Management: - Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups. - Perform daily administrative tasks such as monitoring end-user usage, system upgrades, and maintenance of the CRM system. - Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by conducting regular system audits and preparing for upgrades. - Data Management and Analysis: - Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data into Salesforce. - Maintain the sales cloud, build custom reports, and create dashboards to support sales operations. - Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and cleansing duplicate entries - Configuration and Customization: - Manage Salesforce configuration changes such as workflow rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and record types. - Configure Salesforce systems for optimized integration with other business applications - Support: - Resolve user support tickets and provide ongoing user support. - Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables. - Collaboration and Communication: - Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate platform changes and gather feedback Requirements: - Education and Certification: - A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
