Requirements 8+ years of hands -on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and D365 Finance & Operations Experience in 48 end -to -end implementation projects, including Retail & POS Strong expertise in X++, SSRS, AIF, and DIXF Hands -on experience in customization, upgrades, integrations, and technical troubleshooting Experience with DevOps, release management, and deployment strategies Strong knowledge of Power Platform development and tools Experience with AI & Microsoft Copilot capabilities Excellent client -facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills Experience in project documentation, RFP preparation, cost estimation, and resource allocation .
