This role is for one of Weekdays clients Salary range: Rs 3000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 30-50 LPA) Min Experience: 8 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time Roles & Responsibility Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, feedback and support. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define technical solutions. Designing and architecting scalable, maintainable and efficient software systems. Implementing best practices, coding standards and quality assurance processes within the team. Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and addressing challenges in project implementation. Serving as a technical expert and advocate for innovation and continuous improvement within the team and company. Core Skills: Overall 8+ years of experience with minimum 3+ years of specific experience in leading & building Web & business applications, web services layer using React, ES6, Typescript technology stack Ability to identify design patterns and come up with application architecture that promotes reusability, maintainability, compatibility and modularity Hands on experience on technologies like Javascript, CSS3, HTML5, SASS, LESS, Atomic Design Model Micro frontend architecture Experience in database technologies such as SQL server Hands on experience on using Agile project management tools such as JIRA Expert understanding of Jasmine, KARMA, Protractor, JEST Desired Skills: Experience with React.js+typescript +unit test UX design skills and familiarity with tools like Figma. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting. Personal Attributes: Intuitive and solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
